1. Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity for gold bullion purchases is 20 kgs of 99.99% pure gold in 1 kg bars.

2. Deposits and Payment Terms

• For orders of 20 kgs, an advance deposit of 50% is required.
• For larger orders, the deposit can be as low as 20% for orders of 200 kgs or more.
• All orders qualify for a 3% discount on the current LBMA (London Bullion Markets Association) price.
• The remaining balance must be paid within 3 weeks from the date of the initial deposit.
• Failure to complete the payment within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Once full payment is received, Bullion Martt will arrange for secure shipment of the gold bullion through trusted services such as Brinks or Armaguard.
• We ship worldwide, but any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the receiving country will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• Bullion Martt will provide tracking information once the shipment has been dispatched.

4. Insurance

• Buyers are required to arrange their own insurance for the gold bullion during shipping. Bullion Martt will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit once the gold bullion has been handed over to the shipping provider.

5. Lifetime Guarantee

• All gold bullion bars sold by Bullion Martt come with a lifetime guarantee, ensuring the authenticity and purity of the gold for the entire life of the product.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
• After 24 hours, cancellations will incur a penalty, and deposits may not be refunded, depending on the circumstances.
• Refunds for orders already processed will be at the sole discretion of Bullion Martt.

7. Legal Compliance

• All transactions and dealings with Bullion Martt will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
• By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to gold bullion transactions and imports in your country.

8. Liability

• Bullion Martt will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by shipping providers, customs regulations, or other factors beyond our control.
